Taking a tour on the lower flume trail will take you about 2 to 3 hours Most of the Flume Trail is flat then you'll have to know how to use the brakes to go downhill about 2 miles.
The upper Flume Trail will take a little bit longer maybe 4 to 5 hours mostly the trail is flat but then you have to ride up the hill about 20 minutes to 30 minutes Then it goes flat and then you have to be sure you have good balance otherwise you could fall straight down the mountain in some places. So you have to be more of an expert level mountain bike rider.
The RimTrail is very hard it's a lot of up hill riding, downhill riding back up hill riding but you're on top of the mountain you can see Lake Tahoe on one side and Washoe lake on the other side The mountain bike tour would take about 7 hours or more.
